General Theory

The primary component of the system is the AFT hand-piece for the treatment of [SR] 

Skin Rejuvenation and [HR] Hair Removal, other five filters crystals (430nm, 480nm, 

530nm, 590nm, 690nm) for options. 

The new AFT technology hand-piece delivers high current electrical pulses into the hand-piece; 

this produces a pulse of filtered enhanced fluorescence light emitted from the light guide.

The emitted light has a spectral output, which depends on the wavelength of the cut-off 

filter and the active fluorescence material.

For Hair removal applications the cut-off filter and the AFT material are peaked in the 

spectrum of >640nm, while for SR the optimal spectrum is >560nm.
